Denver’s Wellness Scene Right Now: Spring Energy, Sacred Gatherings & What’s Coming This Summer

From holistic fairs and sound baths to tantra workshops and rooftop yoga, Denver is buzzing with transformative events this spring. Here’s what’s happening—and why Temple Nights in June is the perfect next step for deeper connection.

Spring in Denver has a special kind of magic. The mountains are waking up, the air feels electric with possibility, and our wellness community is gathering in beautiful ways. Whether you’re craving sound healing under the Flower Moon, embodiment practices, or simply being around like-hearted people, there’s no shortage of opportunities right now.

As someone curating Temple Nights, I’ve been paying close attention to the events unfolding around us. They remind me why spaces like this matter: we need both the weekly resets and the multi-day immersions that help us go deeper.

What’s Popping Off in Denver Wellness Right Now (Late April – May 2026):

  • Body Mind Spirit Celebration — This weekend (April 24–26) at the National Western Complex is always a highlight. It’s a full-on festival of holistic vendors, speakers, sound journeys, and energy work. Perfect for discovering new modalities and feeling the collective vibe.28

  • Oasis Health Expo (April 25–26) at The Shops at Northfield — A weekend dedicated to health, vitality, and wellness resources. Great for hands-on experiences and connecting with practitioners.1

  • Sound Baths & Moon Ceremonies — The Denver Village and other spots are hosting Flower Moon Sound Bath (May 3), New Moon gatherings, and regular yin yoga + breathwork sessions. These gentle, restorative events are excellent on-ramps if you’re easing back into community.6

  • Tantra & Embodiment Work — Look for workshops like Fundamentals of Tantra (May 23–24) or Tantra Speed Date events. Denver has a growing scene for conscious touch, intimacy, and sacred sexuality practices—exactly the kind of energy we’ll be holding (with strong consent frameworks) at Temple Nights.35

  • Rooftop Yoga & Seasonal Resets — Keep an eye on rooftop wellness experiences in June (like the Breathe & Bubbles event on June 13) and smaller retreats focused on nervous system regulation or plant medicine journeys nearby.

  • Ayce Kyptyn Kink Events - https://www.aycekyptyn.com/kinkboundpro

  • Curious Couples: https://www.embodypleasure.org/events.html

The through-line? People are hungry for real connection—embodied, heart-centered, and transformative—beyond surface-level fitness or self-care.

Why This Matters for Temple Nights
These spring events are beautiful, but many of us leave wanting more: a sustained container where the energy can build night after night, where we can explore sacred relating, movement, sound, and ceremony with the same group of committed souls.

That’s exactly what we’re creating for June Temple Nights.

Temple Nights isn’t competing with these wonderful local offerings—it’s the natural evolution. An immersion that takes the sparks from sound baths, tantra/ kink workshops, and holistic fairs and turns them into a steady flame.

Expect:

  • Progressive anticipation, slow build

  • A strong emphasis on consent, safety, and inclusivity

  • Blend of embodiment, relational practices, music, and temple space

  • A community that feels both sacred and alive

If you’ve been dipping your toes into Denver’s wellness world this spring, Temple Nights is the place to dive deeper with people who “get it.”

May Teaser
Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be sitting down for intimate conversations with some of the incredible facilitators and guests joining us. These interviews will give you a real feel for the energy they’ll bring. Stay tuned—I’ll share them here and on socials.

In the meantime, if you’re looking for gentler entry points or smaller May gatherings to prepare your system, let me know in the comments. I’m happy to point you toward aligned experiences.
